Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product and how it’s decorated. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we’ll confirm the best option for your order.
How long does production take?
Production takes 10–15 days after you approve the mockup. Shipping time depends on your country and is confirmed with your quote.
Is the design mockup really free?
Yes. Every new team gets a free custom mockup before ordering, so you see exactly what you’ll get before you pay.
Can you put my own brand on the products?
Yes. Our private label and OEM service covers your labels, hang tags and packaging, so the products carry only your brand.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia, delivered door to door.
Can I see a sample before a bulk order?
Ask for a sample in your quote request and we’ll share the options and timing for your product.
